This great event is coming soon. Be prepared with your training programme. Normally it will take a 12-14 week programme to get yourself up to pace to complete this event easily. 

Marathon ( 42.2km ) Half Marathon Run ( 21.1km ) Half Marathon Recreational Walk ( 21.1km ) Quarter Marathon Run ( 11.4km ) and Quarter Marathon Recreational Walk ( 11.4km ).
