Natalie Ivamy

Physiotherapist

Natalie graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Otago in 2011 and has been a valued member of the Roslyn Physio team since 2013. With over a decade of clinical experience, she brings a thoughtful and evidence-based approach to injury rehabilitation and performance.

Natalie has a particular interest in sports injury management and prevention, shaped by her background as a competitive athlete and her continued involvement in recreational sport. She understands the demands of staying active — whether you're an elite athlete, weekend warrior, or just keen to move well for life.

Her practice is informed by a strong foundation in biomechanics, strength and conditioning, and a practical understanding of how to balance recovery with real-world demands. Natalie is especially passionate about empowering clients with the tools and confidence to return to — and often exceed — their previous level of function.

Outside of the clinic, Natalie continues to play basketball at a local club level and maintains a regular gym routine. She enjoys staying current with the latest research to continually refine her clinical approach, bringing the same energy and discipline from her own training into her work. Natalie is committed to supporting each client in achieving their personal goals — whether that’s returning to sport, building strength, or moving with confidence.
